A brush fire started at approximately 4.30 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021 in Heber-Overgaard. A subsequent road closure is in effect on Highway 260 at milepost 301. It is unclear when this road closure will be lifted. It is advised that travelers to stay clear of this area and to plan an alternate route for travel.
