[ARCHIVED] Free Family-Friendly ‘Movie at the Airport’ on August 17

Featuring Disney’s PG-rated ‘Planes: Fire & Rescue’


SHOW LOW, Ariz. (August 15, 2018) – The Show Low Regional Airport is hosting a free Movie at the Airport on Friday, August 17, featuring Disney’s PG-rated family-friendly animated comedy/adventure, “Planes: Fire & Rescue.” The fun starts at 7:30 p.m., with a paper airplane race for ages 1 to 13 years old. The paper airplanes will be provided and prizes will be awarded in each age category. Directional signs at the airport, 3150 Airport Loop Road, will direct moviegoers to a city-owned airport hangar. Bring a camp chair or blanket to watch the movie. Beverages and treats will be available for purchase. This free event is sponsored by the City of Show Low.
