SHOW LOW, Ariz. (March 10, 2015) – Show Low Public Library has various paper tax forms available for public use, including reproducible federal and state forms. Unfortunately, the library has no printed tax booklets or printed state tax forms because the IRS (Internal Revenue Service) is phasing out its Tax Forms Outlet Program. You can call 1-800-829-3676 to have paper copies of federal forms sent directly to you or you can use the library’s computers or copier to print or copy the forms that you need. The filing deadline this year is Wednesday, April 15. Other helpful resources are the Arizona Department of Revenue at www.azdor.gov or call (800) 352-4090 (open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), Internal Revenue Service at www.irs.gov or (800) 829-1040 (open Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and AARP Tax Aide at http://aztax-aide.org/ or (928) 535-9068 to schedule an appointment at the Whiteriver Masonic Lodge. For more information, contact the library at (928) 532-4070 or library@showlowaz.gov.
