[ARCHIVED] Cafe Opens August 22 at Show Low Public Library

Good eats, sweet treats, great library!

SHOW LOW, Ariz. (August 16, 2016) – Show Low Public Library announces the opening of the Forever Young Café on Monday, Aug. 22, at 9 a.m. at 181 N. 9th Street. A grand opening celebration is planned for Friday, Aug. 26 at 10 a.m. The café, managed by White Mountain Meals on Wheels, Inc., will offer soup and sandwich combos, wraps, snacks, pastries and cakes, and a variety of coffees, teas, lemonades and real fruit smoothies. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All proceeds directly benefit the local Meals on Wheels program. The café is named in honor of a generous anonymous donor who funded most of the equipment whose favorite song is “Forever Young.” Come and enjoy good food and good books in the welcoming atmosphere of the Show Low Public Library.
