About the Permit
All zoning districts contain land uses which are normal and complementary to permitted uses in the district, but are potentially incompatible with adjacent activities and uses because of their influence on the traffic function of adjoining streets, typical physical or operational characteristics, or similar conditions. A
Conditional Use Permit (PDF) may be permitted if the use can be designed and developed in a manner which assures maximum compatibility with adjoining uses.
