Probationary Period

There is a 1 year probationary period for new employees.

Arizona State Retirement System

The Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) program is mandatory for all full-time employees who are not certified police officers. This will cause a deduction of approximately 12.17% of employee gross wages. 12.03% is ASRS and .14% is Long Term Disability.
