Special Meeting –
Wednesday March 11, 2009
PURSUANT
to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the Show Low CIP
Advisory Committee and to the general public, that a Special Meeting
of the Show Low CIP Advisory Committee will be held on Wednesday, March 11,
2009 at 5:30 p.m. At Show Low City Hall Large Conference Room, 550 N. 9th
Place, Show Low, Navajo County, Arizona. The agenda for this meeting is as
follows:
1. Call to Order
- Kenny Patterson called the meeting to order at 5:

2. Roll Call –
Committee Members present: Kenny Patterson, Ed Muder, Joel Weeks, Bill
Kopp, Mike Urie, Justen Tregaskes, Mike Allsop, Bruce Butler, Daryl Seymore
and Mary Atteberry.
3. Old Business
A. None
4. New Business
A. 2010-2014 CIP Projects
- Mr. Patterson provided committee members with a
copy. After discussing, the Committee agreed to submit Mr. Patterson’s
Capital Improvement Program for 2010 to 2014 to Council.
5. Adjournment.
Mr. Patterson adjourned the meeting at 6:10 pm.
