1. Do I need a business permit to conduct business within the City of Show Low?

Yes, any business which in conducted within the City of Show low boundaries, regardless of its physical location is required to obtain a City of Show Low business permit.

Your business permit is good for the calendar year, all business permits expire on December 31st of the year it was applied for.

$10.00, if you renew your business permit within the renewal time-frame.

5. What is the Affidavit demonstrating lawful presence in the United States?

As required by an Arizona state law passed in 2010, we must see one form of identification listed on the form if you are applying for a business permit as an individual/sole proprietor and not as a corporation, partnership or LLC.

6. Is there anything else I need to provide besides the business permit application?

7. I only see an application for a business permit, how can I get a business license?

On December 1, 2020 the City passed Ordinance No. 2020-06, which re-named business "license" to business "permit". A business permit is the same as a business license.
