City license tags help Animal Control locate owners of lost dogs and give the city a record of people who own dogs in case of a rabies epidemic. Show Low’s City Code requires all dogs 4 months or older to have city tags if they have been maintained within the city limits more than 30 days The city does not require cats to be licensed.
