This year Older Americans Month focuses on how older adults are taking charge of their health, engaging in their communities, and making positive impacts on the lives of others. Show Low Adult Center and Meals on Wheels invite you to hear three members of our community that will motivate you to stay active.

Featured speaker at Summit Healthcare Woman's Conference. Staying fit as you age; strength training and balance and nutrition. If anyone can motivate you Kimmie can!

10:15 - 11:00 AM  Katie Olsen, Community & Corporate Learning Specialist (Northland Pioneer College)

Adventure is calling! Northland Pioneer College offers day trips that will allow participants to explore different locations in northern Arizona. Learn about history, culture, enjoy scenic sights and new experiences. The trips run May 22 through October. Cost varies with each trip. Transportation from all college campuses. Katie will also talk about Lifelong Learning classes available.

Volunteering can change your life. Improve your well-being while serving others. Everyone has something to share; time, skill, story, ear to listen and especially a smile. Lisa and Susie will be sharing the many opportunities in our community that need you.

Fund raiser for White Mountain Meals on Wheels

Come buy goods from the many skilled vendors at the craft fair, top notch bakers at the bake sale and an unbeatable price for lunch at the Spring Craft Fair & Bake Sale fundraiser for the local Show Low Meals on Wheels. Lunch is only $5 and includes choice of chili cheese dogs, chicken, tuna, or egg salad sandwich and chips. Specialty coffee drinks are available (prices vary). See ya there!
