Post Impound Hearing
The Post Impound Hearing is solely for the purpose of determining the validity of the impoundment. The hearing will be scheduled within 5 working days of the request.

Hearing Officer
The Show Low Police Department will assign the hearing officer.

• If the hearing officer finds that the impoundment was inappropriate, the Show Low Police Department will be responsible for the towing and impound fees.
• If the hearing officer finds that the impoundment was appropriate under ARS §28-872, the registered owner or interested party must pay towing and storage charges to the towing company in order to have the vehicle released.
